Avoid Scams
10-19-08 10:07
Not every profile is real. In fact some of them on all dating sites are fake setups, created by all sorts of fraudsters trying to commit their fraud or advertise something.

Every dating/community site has them, and Adventist Date, unfortunately has a few. We try to get rid of them, but still - your best protection and best weapon is your own brain.

So, here come some very basic tips that can save you thousands: 1. No matter what, no matter why, DON'T send money. Don't send money to the dying mother of some Russian beauty. Don't do Western Union transfers to a captured daughter of the African prime-minister. Don't send money for airline tickets to your new Ukrainian date. Meet in person, hug, kiss, have fun... meet again, make sure you found the right one - THEN you can use your wallet. Until then - Adventist Datel should be a totally free experience for you.

2. Go to a cam-girls site if you want that kind of thing. Help us keep 4ppl free of them.
3. Report scammers, spammers, fraudsters and just plain rude members. We do ban them.

4. If you see a nude profile, and don't like what you see - close it. For now, we haven't established a "no nudity" policy here, so you have a world of options. If, however, it is REALLY offensive, report.

5. The Internet is dangerous, but it is only dangerous for careless people. Do your homework and double-check things. Arrange phone-calls and video chats, meet in person, ask questions and report scams to us, email adventistdate@gmail.com with details.
